Scaredy Cat was created in the Godot game engine as part of Game Jam W, hosted by the Stevens Game Development Club at Stevens Institute of Technology. The jam was 48 hours long and had the theme "watch." Playing as a black cat inside an old house, you must solve a puzzle to scare three nosey humans out of your home. The game's art and music were created by Grand Violet. One song from the game, "Scaredy Cat," appeared in Grand Violet's debut album, "Bleeding Crimson". The album also includes a jazz rendition of the song, aptly named "Jazz Cat". Both songs are available on any music streaming service.
